Shelby Bottoms Greenway Trail Bike Ride - Northeast Nashville - Outdoors

Sunshine and a temperature in the low 50s. Beautiful scenery, right by the Cumberland River. And I saw 2 deer when I was riding. That was a first sighting that I actually caught on video (11:08)

Barfield Crescent Park Greenway Bike Ride - Outdoor Cycling Adventure

Barfield Crescent Park in Murfreesboro, TN is the last trailhead on the Murfreesboro Greenway system. it is a bit challenging, with paved trails that are aged and cracking, and pretty steep inclines and declines. Overall, it is a nice park, with lots to do besides biking.

Harpeth River Greenway Bike RIde Nashville, TN Cycling Adventure Outdoors

Took a ride on the Harpeth River Greenway today in the Bellevue area of Nashville, TN. West side of Nashville. Great ride and I stayed warm and got some great exercise while i explored this area.

Puckett Creek Neighborhood Bike RIde - Nostalgic Adventure - Memories

This ride was a plan "B" that was very nostalgic for me. Saw the places where my family used to live, and amazed at the changes and the things that stayed the same. Fun ride on a beautiful day in the winter time.

Peeler Park Greenway Bike Ride Cycling Adventure Outdoors Nature Nashville

This was a great ride in Nashville, TN. Lots of scenery with fields, creeks, and rivers. Saw some horses before i headed back home as well.

Percy Warner Park Bike Ride - Cycling Adventure - Outdoors in Nature

This was a challenging bike ride for me! it was either "fly or die", going up steep inclines, and flying down steep declines. I adapted quickly though, walking the bike up when I needed to, and using that brakes on the steep declines. This was a beautiful area, mostly in the wooded area on the trail.

Cumberland River Greenway Bike Ride - 2nd Segment - Cycling Adventure

This was the bike ride to finish up the Cumberland River Greenway. A bit shorter at 5 miles as compared to the first ride at 8. The ride starts at a golf course, and goes along the Cumberland River. The Greenway eventually takes you into Downtown Nashville with a view of the Nissan stadium.

This was a great bike ride, with lots of craziness including construction zones, port-a-potties, the river, old Nashville industrial sites, and more. A very interesting adventure on this bike ride.

Southridge Trail Bike Ride - Murfreesboro Greenway - Cycling Adventure

I took advantage of an early day off from work and a beautiful sunny day. I rode my bike from the Southridge Trailhead to Barfield Crescent Park.

It is a nice bike ride with creeks, bridges, underpasses.

Cason Lane Trailhead Bike Ride - Murfreesboro Greenway Biking Adventure

This was my second "cool weather" ride so far this year. Gearing up and trying to stay warm! i really enjoyed this ride, and i am looking forward to some more where hopefully i can show some snow on the ground.

i had a "glitch in the matrix" momen at 15:31 to 15:48. not sure what happened there, but it is a nice view of the parking lot! :)

I know i keep blaming the cold for being so whupped. just humor an old man, OK?
